Icy Fun for All Ages!

Head out to the Harbor Point Ice Festival and show your love for all things Maryland! Here’s your chance to snap a photo with a giant Ravens-themed ice display, take a ride down a Mr. Trash Wheel ice slide, grab a seat on the frozen version of the legendary "The Greatest City in America" bench, and explore other creations that symbolize the heart of Maryland.

Experience a fun-filled day for the whole family with live ice carving demonstrations, energetic musical performances, and delicious food and drinks. The Harbor Point Ice Festival is free to attend!

Admission
There is NO admission fee to attend the Ice Festival. Food and drink are available for purchase separately.

Parking
Take advantage of our convenient $5 parking offer right at Harbor Point! Available day of the event at underground garage P2304 and surface lot P2309 (1299 Dock Street). Please note the $5 rate is only applicable during posted event hours.

ADA Accessibility
ADA-accessible parking and elevator access to the Central Plaza are available in the Exelon Building in underground garage P2303.

Weather
The Ice Festival is a rain or shine event.

Restrooms
Portable restrooms will be available on-site for use during the event. Restrooms inside nearby shops and restaurants are reserved for store patrons only.

Strollers
The Ice Festival is a family-friendly event, strollers are welcome.

Dogs
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to attend the Ice Festival.
