New Renderings for Wills Wharf Released
Armada Hoffler Properties and Beatty Development Group have released new exterior and interior renderings of Wills Wharf, the office and hotel building currently under construction at Harbor Point. The new renderings provide an up-close look at the building’s sleek glass and brick waterfront exterior, as well as a glimpse of the office lobby and a potential office floor buildout.
Scheduled for completion in early 2020, Wills Wharf is the fourth building in the expanding Harbor Point neighborhood. The 12-story, 330,000 square foot waterfront building will feature 236,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 156-room Canopy by Hilton hotel. Coworking space provider WeWork (a new entrant to Baltimore) and digital marketing agency Jellyfish have already leased space at Wills Wharf.
“Wills Wharf represents the latest evolution of a relationship with the principals of Beatty Development Group that has spanned over two decades,” said Louis Haddad, President and Chief Executive Officer of Armada Hoffler Properties. “We believe Harbor Point is the premier development in the city and one of the best sites in the Mid-Atlantic. We are excited to continue our relationship with Beatty Development in leading Baltimore’s urban renaissance and creating the city’s newest contemporary mixed-use neighborhood.”
“We’re excited to share our vision for Wills Wharf. This new exterior rendering provides the best look yet at the strong waterfront synergy that we’re creating between Wills Wharf and the neighboring buildings at 1405 Point and Thames Street Wharf,” said Michael Beatty, President of Beatty Development Group. “The interior renderings showcase a state-of-the-art waterfront office experience that will foster creativity and collaboration.”
Located along Baltimore’s scenic waterfront between Harbor East and historic Fell’s Point, Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use neighborhood with three million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space.
