T. Rowe Price Opens New Global Headquarters at Harbor Point

T. Rowe Price, a Baltimore-based global investment management firm and a leader in retirement, has officially opened its new 550,00 SF global headquarters at Harbor Point.
T. Rowe Price associates began moving into the new global headquarters this week, with a full transition expected in the coming weeks. Approximately 2,000 T. Rowe Price associates will occupy the new headquarters, located at 1307 Point Street.
To better serve and support associates and clients, the new global headquarters offers a dynamic, campus-like environment. The two-tower, seven-story building connected by a sun-filled glass atrium was designed with connection, sustainability, and community engagement in mind. The LEED-certified building also includes bespoke meeting spaces, a client conference center, an auditorium, floor-to-ceiling windows providing ample natural light and panoramic views of the harbor, and a rooftop terrace.

The T. Rowe Price global headquarters was developed by Beatty Development Group, the master developer of Harbor Point, in partnership with Armada Hoffler. Armada Hoffler also served as the general contractor for the project. Kohn Pedersen Fox was the design architect for the base of the building and Beatty Harvey Coco the architect team for the remainder of the building. Baltimore-based Gensler served as interior designers for the project. Engineer teams included JDB Engineering and Allen + Shariff.
