WeWork Begins Preleasing at Wills Wharf

Preleasing is now underway for WeWork, the global coworking space, community, and services provider. The company is scheduled to open its first Baltimore location in late Spring 2020 at Harbor Point. WeWork will take two floors at Wills Wharf, the mixed-use waterfront office/hotel building nearing completion, and is expected to accommodate a community of more than 1,100 members with individual office space availability ranging from single offices up to 100 person private offices.

“We could not be more excited to get started with leasing at Harbor Point,” said Frank Conway, Global Expansion at WeWork. “The initial response from the Baltimore community has been very positive and we look forward to continuing to fill the spaces with a diverse mix of companies from the Baltimore area.”
