Parcel 1

Soaring high above the surrounding buildings and the waterfront, the mixed-use towers planned for Parcel 1 will become modern urban beacons for Harbor Point, providing unobstructed, unparalleled views of downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor.

The mixed-use project will be composed of three towers atop two podiums, connected by additional public spaces and the final extension of the waterfront promenade.
