Parking Lot Closures Go Into Effect to Prepare for Construction

As of March 1, 2022, the following changes have been made to the parking lots and surrounding areas at Harbor Point.  

The lots at Parcel 3 (P2305) and Parcel 4 (P2306) are now permanently closed to prepare for future construction activities.

The Parcel 4 parking lot entrance/exit at 950 S. Caroline is now permanently closed for public access.

Public parking can be accessed through the Exelon Building underground garage located off Dock Street. The underground Exelon garage lots (P2303 and P2304) and the Parcel 1 surface lot (P2309) are open for public use. Please note that the Parcel 1 surface lot can only be accessed via the underground garage. Retail parking (P2302) will remain available via the Exelon garage entrance located off Wills Street. All street-level parking will also remain open and available for public use.

The portion of the waterfront promenade from the end of Wills Street extending around the west of the site to Central Avenue will remain closed during construction.
