Resistance Cycle Opens at Harbor Point

Resistance Cycle is now open at Harbor Point! The new spin studio is the first of its kind from Charm City fitness enthusiast and Team USA Lacrosse Midfielder Kelly Berger. The 2,195-square-foot Resistance Cycle studio is located on the ground floor of the Exelon Building facing Harbor Point’s Central Plaza.

"This is an entirely new way of exercising,” says Berger, the creator and owner of Resistance Cycle. “I’m incredibly proud of the Resistance brand I’ve built, and I’m excited to share this new fitness experience with Baltimore!”

Resistance Cycle will open offering approximately four classes per day on 50 high-end bikes. The high-energy classes will be open to all skill levels from beginner to seasoned spinner. The studio will offer highly flexible memberships that allow clients to buy class packages ahead of time, as well as the option to purchase a single ride, either in advance online or as a walk-in. Riders will also have access to full shower and locker room facilities.
