Construction Activity Ramps Up at Harbor Point
Phase III is underway at Harbor Point! Construction has begun at the site of the new T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters, and activity will be picking up at Parcel 4 in a few short weeks. Please note the following updates for each construction site:
T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters
Workers in white/yellow safety suits will begin opening the liner of the multimedia cap the week of April 18 to perform initial tests.
Starting the week of April 18, the tower crane will begin to be erected on the site.
Pile driving is tentatively scheduled to begin the last week of April.
Parcel 4
In early May, safety fencing will be installed around Parcel 4 construction site.
Initial construction activities are tentatively scheduled to begin in early May.
As construction gets underway, there will be road closures that affect Wills Street and Point Street for 1-2 weeks at a time. Road closures and traffic pattern updates will be posted on the Construction section of the Harbor Point website.
