Wills Street to Close for Utility Work

Effective 11/7, Wills Street will be closed to all vehicle and pedestrian access from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m for utility work under the road. This includes access to and from the Wills Wharf parking garage entrance off Wills Street. Anyone looking to enter or exit the Wills Wharf garage (P2308) will need to do so through the Central Plaza garage (P2304) located off Dock Street. The utility work is expected to take approximately three weeks.
