Local Initiatives
Local Retail
The retail strategy for Harbor Point focuses on identifying new and primarily local/regional tenants to the neighborhood. Prioritizing local/regional retail and restaurants has helped add to the uniqueness of Harbor Point.
Local Art
One of the standout amenities that truly makes Harbor Point special is the attention placed on local artwork. Each building and park at Harbor Point will showcase work that has been created by local artists, in many cases completed by students at the Maryland Institute College of Art or Baltimore School for the Arts. Beatty Development Group works closely with local artist and photographer Karl Connolly, who curates the collection.
Local Sourcing
Beatty Development Group is dedicated to making Harbor Point a destination for restaurants that prioritize local and sustainable sourcing.
