Preleasing Begins at Allied | Harbor Point

Armada Hoffler and Beatty Development Group today announced that preleasing is now underway for Allied | Harbor Point, with the first move-in ready residences scheduled to be available in September 2024.

Allied | Harbor Point will initially offer a mix of 312 new studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, highlighted by unique two-story duplex units. Each residence includes a variety of upscale features, including stainless-steel GE appliances, contemporary fixtures, tile backsplashes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious living areas. Select homes will also include kitchen islands, walk-in closets, and private balconies.

“While designing Allied through 2020 and 2021, our team focused on delivering an urban housing option that caters to people living in cities post-COVID,” said Michael Beatty, President, Beatty Development Group. “The floorplans feature oversized living areas and space for workstations along with a warm design aesthetic that sets these residences apart from other options in the market.”

Amenities at Allied | Harbor Point are highlighted by an 8th-floor outdoor deck, over an acre in size, that features a swimming pool, grill stations, cabanas, and a dog park. Residents can also enjoy a fully furnished library that overlooks the Central Plaza, as well as private workspaces, an entertainment and catering kitchen, a private gym, and a yoga studio. The building also includes more than 10,000 square feet of street-level retail space, currently leasing through MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate.

The preleasing office will be located inside the adjacent 1405 Point apartment building, located at 1405 Point Street. The office will be open 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Allied | Harbor Point is a joint venture between Beatty Development Group and Armada Hoffler, who is also the general contractor for the project. Ayers Saint Gross and BHC Architects served as the architectural team for the building, with interiors led by Beatty Development Group’s in-house design team, Beatty Design. Kettler will serve as the residential property management firm.
