Transamerica Moving to Wills Wharf

Transamerica has signed an office lease at Wills Wharf, the waterfront office/hotel at Harbor Point. The life insurance, retirement, and investment solutions provider will lease the entire eighth floor of the building, approximately 35,000 square feet.

Wills Wharf is a 12-story, 330,000 square foot waterfront building with 236,000 square feet of Class A office space. Transamerica will join digital marketing firm Jellyfish, financial services provider EY, and Bright Horizons child care, as well as the 156-room Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point hotel with Cindy Lou’s Fish House on the first floor.

Located at the gateway to the Inner Harbor, between Harbor East and historic Fell’s Point, Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use project with a planned three million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space.
