Pile driving at the Exelon Building site, 2014.

Pile driving is set to begin at the T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m.

This will be the first of 11 test piles. Once the test pile program is completed, production pile driving will begin, consisting of approximately seven to eight piles each day during construction hours: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with Saturday optional.

What noise can neighbors, residents, and tenants expect to hear?
Neighbors will hear loud, repetitive pounding sounds during the pile driving process.

How is the air quality on-site being monitored?
A comprehensive design and air monitoring plan will be utilized for the duration of construction at Harbor Point. Air monitoring results will be collected in real-time and posted on the Harbor Point Air Monitoring page the next business day.

When will the construction be complete?
Foundation construction will take place for approximately four to six months. Above-ground construction will take place until the T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters is ready to be delivered in Fall 2024.
