Wills Street Closure Update

As part of preliminary construction activities for Parcel 4, portions of Wills Street will be closed starting on approximately 5/16 and affect all drive lanes and parking lanes. In order to keep access to the P2302 garage open throughout this preliminary construction, the road closures will be staggered in two phases, each lasting approximately 5-6 days:

Phase 1 - From Dock Street to the north side of the P2302 garage entrance. This portion of the road will be closed from approximately 5/16 to 5/23.

Phase 2 - From Point Street to the south side of the P2302 garage entrance. This portion of the road will be closed from approximately 5/23- to 5/31.

For both phases, the sidewalk on the east side Wills Street (closest to Parcel 4) will be closed to pedestrians. The sidewalk on the west side of Wills Street (closest to the Exelon Building) will remain open for pedestrians.
