New Renderings Released for Allied | Harbor Point

Armada Hoffler and Beatty Development Group have released two new renderings of Allied | Harbor Point, the upcoming waterfront residential building currently under construction at Harbor Point. Scheduled to begin preleasing in April 2024, Allied | Harbor Point will initially offer a mix of 312 new studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. A limited number of two-story units will be available for early move-in as well.

The sleek, modern kitchen is the highlight of the first rendering. Each residence at Allied | Harbor Point will include a variety of upscale features, including stainless-steel GE appliances, contemporary fixtures, tile backsplashes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious living areas. Select homes will also include kitchen islands, walk-in closets, and private balconies.

Overlooking the Central Plaza, the fully furnished library depicted in the second rendering is just one of the standout amenities that will be available at Allied | Harbor Point. Residents will also enjoy quiet workspaces, an entertainment and catering kitchen, a private gym, and a yoga studio. An expansive 8th-floor outdoor deck will feature a swimming pool, grill stations, cabanas, and a dog park.

Allied | Harbor Point is a joint venture between Beatty Development Group and Armada Hoffler, who is also the general contractor for the project. Ayers Saint Gross and BHC Architects served as the architectural team for the building, with interiors led by Beatty Development Group’s in-house design team, Beatty Design. Kettler will serve as the residential property management firm.

Positioned along Baltimore’s scenic waterfront between Harbor East and Fell’s Point, Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use neighborhood with a planned 4.5 million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space.
